Interactive Digital Signage Solution Integrated into “Wall of Honor”

Jamestown Regional Medical Center is a 25 bed, critical access facility with 24 hour emergency care, located in the South Central region of North Dakota. The hospital serves over 55,000 people in a 9 county area. To help ensure the best care and the best medical equipment are available, the Jamestown Regional Medical Center Foundation holds fundraisers, events and raffles to support the new hospital project, programs and services and equipment drives. JMRC staff recognized the need to say "thank you" to all of the financial donors who make medical care possible.
About the Solution
The “wall of honor” for Jamestown Regional Medical Center consists of an interactive touch screen display that allows visitors to explore stories about donors, patients, foundation events and read about general foundation information. In addition, there are seven passive digital screens listing all of the levels of giving and the donor’s name.
The digital displays are surrounded by custom cherry cabinets that are mounted on a maple panel to complement the interior design scheme. In addition, the ultra-thin high resolution displays always show the names of every Medical Center donor and they fit seamlessly into the wood enclosures.
The staff at Jamestown were so pleased with the result, they are actively exploring how digital signage can be integrated into other areas of the Medical Center.
