LHC Group, Inc., based in Lafayette, Louisiana, is a leading provider of post-acute healthcare services in the United States. LHC Group partners with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

The company was founded in 1994 and currently operates in 35 states nationwide. LHC Group focuses on providing personalized care to patients to improve health outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience. LHC Group has a strong commitment to patient-centered care and works closely with patients and their families to develop individualized care plans.

With over 1,300 employees in the Lafayette area, LHC Group underwent a significant expansion to their existing building, allowing employees from each department to begin working from one campus.

About the Solution

The development and design of this corporate office upgraded their existing facility, bringing in lighter colors and state-of-the-art lighting to help with clear visibility throughout the office spaces. The design also incorporated warm textures of wood accents and color within the furniture, signage, and graphics to help with efficiency and create a happy work environment for their employees.

ASI was brought onto the project by the interior designer in the pre-construction phase nearly two years before completion, assisting in curating all graphic elements of the project, including over 1,500 interior signs and over 100 exterior signs. The interior designer had many ideas for the signage and graphics that helped promote the company brand and its business motto; “It’s all about helping people.”
