A Signature Signage for a Premier Class A

The Omnicare Center is a premier Class A, 20-story, high-rise building with spectacular views of the Ohio River. The owner, Smith Hallemann Partners, looked to their management team, CBRE, to find a team to create a signature monument sign at the doorstep of their building.

About the Solution

The project was a coordination feat including many partners: engineers, architects, designers, contractors, electricians, and city planners to name a few. Together we created a unique monument sign nestled into the front steps with an illuminated blue glass fin and illuminated, changeable tenant names.

We relied on each other for constant communication and staging. The sign had to be permitted and approved with a variance, the blue glass had to be sandblasted and tempered, the steps to the building re-poured, the mounting bolts and match plate set prior to the sign installation, etc.  

The end result is a beautiful accessory to the building that the leasing manager has used in their sales process to land new tenants.
